Payment & Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% of your total bill is required upfront when you book your appointment. This is non-refundable deposit / cancellation fee and will come off your appointment on the day. If you cancel under any circumstances then we cannot refund this deposit and it will be lost.
This business enforces a cancellation policy on select services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no shows and late cancellations. Please note that you may be considered a no show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.
The cancellation fee will only be applied if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee will be withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.
If in the event that you can rearrange your appointment with 2 weeks notice (2 weeks working days) then we will be able to move the deposit to your next scheduled date.
